Our families may have noticed a new face around our campus in the last few weeks...We have a new FGCU intern that has joined us for the remainder of our school year and Summer Camp! She has written a short introduction for you all! Please give her a warm welcome to our community!

Hello! My name is Lauren Marchioni and I am from Massachusetts. I am a senior at Florida Gulf Coast University majoring in Child and Youth Studies. I am completing my final internship at CECI and I will be graduating in August with my bachelor’s degree. I am so excited to work here this summer to build on my knowledge and gain more experience in working effectively with children. I have worked and interned at a few child developments centers, the Boys & Girls Club and at elementary schools. I have a passion for working with children and love being around them. In my free time I enjoy going to the beach, painting with watercolors, exploring the outdoors, and cooking!
